– Sellers must be at least 18 years old.

– Sellers must register on GRAABIT by providing accurate details, including a valid email address and contact number.
– A detailed business description and product category selection are mandatory during registration.
Document Submission
– Sellers must submit copies of their business registration (if applicable),(GST Number) tax information, and other requested documents.
– All information provided must be true, accurate, and up-to-date.
Verification Process
– GRAABIT reserves the right to verify the information and documents submitted during registration.
– Sellers may be required to provide additional information for verification.
Default Commission Rate
– GRAABIT charges a default commission in the range of **5% to 15%** based on the product category which may vary depending on the category of product.
– The final commission percentage will be communicated during the onboarding process.
Approval and Activation
– Once all documents are verified and the seller meets GRAABIT’s requirements, their account will be activated.
– Sellers will receive a confirmation email regarding their successful registration.
Liability Disclaimer
– GRAABIT is not liable for any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by sellers during the registration process.
– Sellers bear full responsibility for ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of their submitted information.
Legal Responsibility Clause
– If any legal issue arises due to false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by a seller during registration or onboarding, the specific seller will bear full legal responsibility.
– GRAABIT shall not be held liable for any consequences or legal actions resulting from such incidents.
Suspension or Rejection of Application
– GRAABIT reserves the right to reject or suspend any registration if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
– Sellers whose applications are rejected will be informed with valid reasons.
