Seller Dispute Resolution and Grievance Policy

GRAABIT.
By following this framework, sellers can ensure prompt and fair resolution of issues.

Scope of Disputes and Grievances

  • Disputes related to payments, order cancellations, product returns, and service quality.
  • Grievances regarding platform functionality, unfair treatment, or violations of GRAABIT policies.

Filing a Dispute or Grievance

  • Sellers can file a dispute or grievance through the GRAABIT seller dashboard or by contacting
    the support team via support@graabit.inm.
  • The submission must include a detailed description of the issue, supporting documents, and any
    relevant order information.

Resolution Process

  • GRAABIT will acknowledge receipt of the dispute or grievance within 2 business days.
  • An investigation will be conducted, and a resolution will be provided within 14 business days.

Mediation and Escalation

  • If the initial resolution is unsatisfactory, sellers may request mediation.
  • Mediation will involve an impartial GRAABIT representative to reach a fair outcome.
  • If mediation fails, the dispute may be escalated to senior management for review.

Final Decision

  • GRAABIT’s final decision on the dispute or grievance will be binding and communicated in
    writing to the seller.

Liability Disclaimer

  • GRAABIT is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unresolved disputes or
    grievances.
  • Sellers are responsible for providing accurate information to facilitate a fair resolution.

Legal Responsibility Clause

  • If any legal issue arises due to false claims or fraudulent grievances by a seller, the specific
    seller will bear full legal responsibility.
  • GRAABIT shall not be held liable for any consequences or legal actions resulting from such
    incidents.

Policy Updates

  • GRAABIT may revise this policy from time to time. Sellers will be notified of any changes.
    By filing disputes or grievances on GRAABIT, you acknowledge that you have read and understood
    this policy and agree to comply with it.
